About me
My name isVictoria Andersen. I am a mother, an entrepreneur, a businesswoman, a lover of the arts, and a compassionate consultant. The past 40 years I have been on all imaginable diets, and when I say I have triedallof them – I mean ALL of them!
Based on my own experience with diets and a lifelong struggle with weight-related unhappiness, I am now providing compassionate consulting to everyone searching for how to escape exactly that. Because if I managed to – you certainly can too!
A few years ago, I finally developed my own unique method based on my enormous experience and it completely changed my life – because it works! And I know nothing better than passing on this gift to everyone in need of transformation :)
The Method

The duration of the The Nordic Balance Program can vary according to your needs. If you are looking to lose 5 kg for a specific event we can succeed in 1 month. For a lasting effect, on the other hand, where you achieve a fixation of the weight you desire I recommend following my program for a total of 7 months.
The Nordic Balance Program is a mutually beneficial partnership between body and soul. It is a systematic and harmonious transformation of you as a person on a physical and psychological level. Through daily consultations I will teach you how to feel, understand and communicate with your body – in order for your body to do the amazing work that it does, when you allow it to.
During the Nordic Balance program you will:
NOT be on any diet nor have to feel hunger
NOT have to go through physical exercises
NOT have to change your lifestyle
1st month: Based on daily consultations, you learn how to eat according to the Nordic Balance Program in order to address bowel disorders, constipation and rectal irritations. At this stage, expect losing the first 3-5 kg.
2nd month: We introduce aspects of positive psychology in order to re-establish your self-awareness and self-esteem: Expect to start understanding your strengths and weaknesses and start accepting yourself like you are. Gradual weight loss and frequent consultations continue.
3rd month: We start taking your physical surroundings into consideration in relation to people and objects that carry positive energetic flows, in order to create favourable conditions for the ongoing construction of the New You. Gradual weight loss and frequent consultations continue.
4th month: Aspects of mindfulness are connected to the program – in particular mindful eating, positive consciousness and enjoyment in relation to food. Gradual weight loss and frequent consultations continue.
5th month: We initiate a search for the root of your personal creativity and include various exercises that enhance your existing strengths. Gradual weight loss and frequent consultations continue.
6th month: We are approaching the completion of the Nordic Balance Program. This month we evaluate and manage your food-related behaviour and look back at our accomplishments. Gradual weight loss and frequent consultations continue.
7th month: This final month your weight will be fixated and you will learn how to manage it according to your needs. Gradual weight loss and frequent consultations are concluded.
